- A big mahalo to Juli & Ken McKenna for providing the beautiful altar flowers today!
- Archery: Join us this Saturday, Sept. 14th, in the preschool playground from 10am-1:30pm for the On Target for Christ free archery shoot.
- Free Items Available: From our Campus Clean-Up, there are items like tables, chairs, coolers, and utensils available on the front portion of the stage in the gym. Feel free to take anything you need; remaining items will be donated or discarded.
- The UCC Transition House Fundraiser Dinner: Thursday, October 17, 2024, 5:30pm to 8:30pm at Central Union Church Parish Hall. Dinner tickets are $55 ($25 tax deductible). See Marlene Lee or Gloria Young for tickets by September 22. The UCC Transition House is a safe house for women and their children who are survivors of domestic violence.
- Forever Young Ministry: All seniors (55 and better) are invited to join the Forever Young Ministry for a ride on the SKYLINE on Friday, September 13. We will stop for lunch at Don Quijote in Waipahu before heading back to the station. Meet at FCCC at 9:30 AM if you can help drive or need a ride, and 10:00 AM at Halawa Station if you don’t. Remember your Holo Holo card and please be on time! Sign up on the Ewa Lanai.
- Installation Service: Join us for Pastor Jon Lilley’s Installation Service on September 22 at 4:00 PM, followed by dinner. Sign up on the Ewa Lanai by September 8.
Midweek Bible Studies: We are excited to announce two midweek Bible studies for our English congregation starting this September! The first study will begin on Tuesday, September 17, 2024, from 9:00 to 10:00 AM in the Conference Room. The second study will start on Friday, September 13, 2024, with dinner at 6:45 PM alongside the Mandarin congregation, followed by the English Bible study at 7:30 PM in Room 303. Both studies will cover the same material. Choose one that best suits you!
